All complaints should be sent in writing to the following people. The Minister of Child and Youth Services, your local MPP, both Critics of the Ministry of Children Youth Services, the Office of the Ombudsman, Child & Family Services Review Board, the Office of the Provincial Advocate for Children and Youth (for kids in and out of care).
When writing your MPP, it's absolutely essential for change that we all schedule meetings with MPP's to speak with them face to face about these issues and to demand greater oversight.
