CAS
PCAs can only be disproved by another test you have to pay for, easily
$12,000 - $20,000! See how to decline PCAs in the last PDFs:
The first PDF has Case Law your lawyer should use to dismiss the CAS plan to use a test against you
Yes,
you can refuse a PCA ordered by the court when the CAS gets the Dr and
you refuse then, in writing (so the CAS Dr does not write a fake report
anyway).
Court orders for PCAs are “interlocutory orders”, ie, like an interim order, they can’t be appealed, so you must refuse when the assessment date is booked.
The
court later in the case will try to draw an “inference” for your
refusal. You argument is that if the CAS has a legit case of child
abuse they’re be plenty of evidence of it, instead the CAS uses Drs to
manufacture evidence that ordinary people can’t “rebut” (disprove) with
their own expert witness since few people can afford to pay $10,000 or
more.
Also use the Case Law in the first PDF,
showing that PCAs can’t be used as a “fishing expedition”. Also say that
you only just found the case law.
Remember: CAS Drs
can make anybody “fail” a PCA, most lawyers can’t spot how it was done
so you’re easily doomed by the CAS if they want to!
